This website is operated by Beyond the Posts. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Beyond the Posts.
By visiting our website and/or purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers and customers.
We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your order will apply to that order.
1. ONLINE STORE TERMS
You must use our website and services only for lawful purposes.
You must not use our website in any way that infringes the rights of another person, interferes with the operation or security of the website, introduces malicious software, or attempts to gain unauthorised access to our systems or the information of other users.
2. PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
Product colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on photography, lighting, screen settings and manufacturing variations.
Product availability is subject to stock on hand. We may limit quantities, discontinue products or correct errors in product information where reasonably necessary.
3. ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your order.
An order is not accepted until we have accepted the order and payment has been successfully processed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, information or pricing is incorrect, payment cannot be verified, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.
Please check your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, we may be unable to change or cancel it.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on our Australian store are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice. The price applicable to an order is the price displayed when the order is placed, subject to correction of genuine errors.
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are shipped to the delivery address supplied by the customer at checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery information is complete and accurate.
Delivery timeframes displayed on our website or provided by a carrier are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather events and other disruptions.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CHANGE OF MIND
Beyond the Posts does not generally accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
In particular, products that have been opened, used, worn, tested or removed from sealed or protective packaging cannot be returned for change of mind. This may include goalkeeper gloves, glove-care products and other products where opening or use affects their condition or ability to be resold.
Books, towels, glove bags, accessories and other products are also not generally returnable simply because a customer changes their mind.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us so that we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy where required.

7. PRODUCT USE AND CARE
Customers are responsible for following any instructions, care information, warnings or manufacturer recommendations supplied with a product.
Goalkeeper gloves and sporting products are subject to wear through normal use. The rate of wear can vary depending on playing surface, frequency of use, care, storage and other conditions.
Normal wear and tear, deterioration caused by use, misuse, failure to follow care instructions or accidental damage is not necessarily a product fault.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
8. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS AND INFORMATION
Beyond the Posts may sell products manufactured or supplied by third parties.
References to third-party brands, trademarks or products remain the property of their respective owners.
Our website may also contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, availability, security or practices of third-party websites that we do not control.
