At Beyond the Posts, we carefully select and pack our products and want your order to arrive in excellent condition.
Change of mind
Beyond the Posts does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection or where a customer simply decides they no longer want an item.
Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.
This policy applies to our range including books, goalkeeper gloves, glove-care products, towels, glove bags and accessories.
This does not affect any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, is faulty, is not as described, or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at info@beyondtheposts.com.au.
Please include your:
- order number;
- name;
- description of the problem; and
- photographs of the item and packaging where relevant.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, repair, refund or other remedy.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Returning a faulty or damaged product
Please contact us before returning an item. We will provide instructions if the product needs to be returned.
Where we are responsible for return shipping under the Australian Consumer Law, Beyond the Posts will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs as applicable.
Please do not send products back without first contacting us.
Refunds
Where a refund is required or approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
